The Medium Three
I have a proverbial hair up my (as my old Drill Sgt used to say) 3 point contact. I am getting tired of hearing leftists and their sympathizers in the media say the following: "Detroit is in trouble because they aren't building the small fuel efficient cars Americans want to buy!" Horse hockey!!! Most if not all of the small cars that Detroit has tried to build have been miserable failures. Toyota and Nissan don't even build that many small cars for sale in the US any more!! In fact both Toyota and Nissan are now building a "Large" pick up truck. A 1/4 ton (F150, D1500, Sierra 1500 class) pick up truck. If Americans wanted small cars why are these traditional small car manufacturers making these large trucks and SUVs? If Americans wanted small cars then the SMART Car would be a break away best seller!! I think I had a go cart larger than one of these when I was a kid.. I saw one for the first time in Rotterdam, Sept 2001. I couldn't believe it.. That someone would actually drive a glorified golf cart. I have seen a few here in the states, but they aren't taking over... Just Greenie Weenies driving them. I wouldn't have the testicular fortitude to take one on I95 and I ride a Harley on it. At least on my Harley I can gun it and get out of trouble. I think these things have a Fred Flintstone Accelerator(I know I am dating myself)...
Detroit is in trouble because they have been paying protection to the Mob for the last 50 years, I mean the UAW.. Not much difference really... Now the appetite of the Mob, oops UAW, is getting too big. At last check,$1500.00 of every vehicle produced by Detroit is just to service Retirees Health Care.. Also the average employee of the Medium 3 makes $40.00 per hour. Auto employees in Alabama, Kentucky and South Carolina make $20.00.. No wonder they are failing.
Here is a statistic for you.. In 2004 GM had gross receipts of 1.4 Billion dollars and were 150 million in the red. Toyota the same year had gross receipts of 1.5 billion dollars and had a profit of 50 million... I wonder what the difference was?

For those of you who actually believed anything this guy said... 95% of Americans will get a tax cut..... Suckers!! The "Tax Cut" of $13.00 per week that some of you folks will be getting... Isn't really a "Cut", a real Tax Cut would involve reducing the rate at which you are taxed. Since that isn't changing, and you may be receiving the generous $13.00... It is INCOME!! So you will have to pay most of it back in additional TAXES!!!!!

1. An armed man is a citizen. An unarmed man is a subject.
2. A gun in the hand is better than a cop on the phone.
3. Colt: The original point and click interface.
4. Gun control is not about guns; it's about control.
5. If guns are outlawed, can we use swords?
6. If guns cause crime, then pencils cause misspelled words.
7. Free men do not ask permission to bear arms.
8. If you don't know your rights, you don't have any.
9. Those who trade liberty for security have neither.
10. The United States Constitution (c) 1791. All Rights Reserved.
11. What part of 'shall not be infringed' do you not understand?
12. The Second Amendment is in place in case the politicians ignore the others.
13. 64,999,987 firearms owners killed no one yesterday.
14. Guns only have two enemies; rust and politicians.
15. Know guns, know peace, know safety. No guns, no peace, no safety.
16. You don't shoot to kill; you shoot to stay alive.
17. 911: Government sponsored Dial-a-Prayer.
18. Assault is a behavior, not a device.
19. Criminals love gun control; it makes their jobs safer.

The first thing a totalitarian Govt does when there is dissent is to restrict speech (Hugo Chavez, Lenin, Hitler, Castro, Mussolini)
and then they come for your guns.. The Obama Govt and the Democrats are trying to
shut down talk radio because they can't handle dissent to the chosen one, it's to be called "Media responsibility", they use to call it the "Fairness Doctrine".. Of course
it won't pertain to the Big three networks, NBC, ABC, CBS, or to CNN, MSNBC or NPR, because they are already "Fair". Fox news will probably get hammered eventhough it is probably the only balanced news organization on the air. The original "Fairness Doctrine" was the brainchild of LBJ. He was getting criticised by Radio preachers of the south and south west in the late 40's because they suspected he and his Texas machine were stealing elections through the time honored art of registering voters in cemetaries. He shut them up.
Next they will institute "Sensible" gun control.
